iPod touch 4th wont turn on using USB from PC/Power?
Ipod touch 4th is working ok only from docking base and battery also shows as charging ok.
But it wont turn on from usb cable either connected to PC or power source. Cable and usb port works for other devices.
any suggestion please?
Sue Sue, start with a new battery. Also, make sure that the dock connector is clean and that the pins are not bend or corroded

sometimes especially with the iphones if you have had them for a while it could be just the cable and ac-dc converter for the wall. they are cheap so i would start with those before you try tackling a battery replacement
