Where in the world can I buy the 5X8mm mounting screws you need to mount this radio ???

You shouldn't need any mounting screws as the side tabs lock it place. That's why you need the special tool to remove both it and the unit that you're replacing. Here's a video on how to install it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WZOJuQrM...

That would work if my car had some kind of standard mount such as featured in the video. Unfortunately my Lexus doesn't, so I have to use the Metra 99-8158G. The cage wouldn't have any way of attaching to the car. This is turning out to be quite a difficult screw to find
