1 lcd distortion when touching after replacement
Hi,
I've replaced the Glass and LCD on a lumia 625 using a single part. I just moved the logic board, buttons, speaker and battery. The screen was ok when i booted the phone, but while using it it seem like something is pushing against the lcd. It doesn't seem to be the glass, but something on the back. Even when disassembling the phone completely i can still see a dark spot in the middle of the screen where something seems to be pushing the LCD.
Did i something wrong during assembly, or can i try anything to get this fixed?

some more details, when using a suction cup, i can get the pressure point away, but as soon as i push the screen again, it's back.
