Won't login under user, just keeps loading

When I try to login to my account on my macbook - I enter my password and then it starts to load. It never stops loading. There's a gray screen with a loading circle that just keeps going. However, I can login under guest perfectly fine and it takes me right in.

I've tried a PRAM reset, a hardware test (D while booting) and it came back with no problems found), and even in safe mode it won't login. I finally just tried to reload Mac OS with option R, but my internet connection wouldn't hold to complete the reload.

HELP!
