Why won't an AT&T LCD work in a Verizon Samsung S4?

I'm buying an LCD off Ebay but I'm not sure on which carrier the phone is from. I noticed there are two different buying options for LCDs from IFixIt for a Samsung Galaxy S4. One from AT&T and Tmobile, the other from Verizon & Sprint. Will this be much of a problem?
