Samsung screen vibrates, then turns off

I just replaced the screen on this GS4, now the phone just boot loops onto the start up screen "Samsung Galaxy S4" vibrates, then turns off. I power it up again and same thing. It does go into the recovery mode. This is stock no rooting.

Edit: also when i plug it into the charger, the battery shows up grey with the loading icon for about 5 seconds, then then turns off.
