Device Will Not Charge
When charger is inserted into computer, it has no effect.
Dirty charger port
The charger port Is located on the left side back most portion of the device. Particles collected inside the port may cause a clog in the port. Clean out debris from the port.
USB port is broken
The USB port is on the left side back of most parts of the device. The chip inside the port may be broken which can cause the charger to not connect. Will most likely have to replace the port inside the device.
Device Loads Webpages/Documents Drastically Slower Than Usual
When your device is running slower than usual.
Hard Drive/ Memory is maxed out
A hard drive that is about 85% full can start reducing speed by 50%. The hard drive is taken up by files and downloads on your device. There are multiple solutions such as deleting files in the hard drive or paying for more space. If these options do not work, then the installation of a bigger hard drive will have to be necessary. Use this guide to fix the issue.
Internal Dust
The device may have dust that is inside the PC which can cause the device to slow down. Cleaning off the air vents and all surfaces of your device will help. Sending your device to a professional to clean the inside will also help.
Stored Information Cannot Be Accessed
Files cannot be accessed to due issues through the device.
Disk Errors or Bad Sectors
The error message indicates that the system is unable to access and read the hard drive. Use a repair tool to repair the Master Boot Record (MBR) or Boot Sector. Another way to fix this issue is by using a data recovery tool to recover all data from the damaged hard disk.
The Device Feels Warmer Than Normal
Device will heat up more than usual causing issues within your device.
Dust Buildup
Dust buildup on the fans or air vents may cause the device to overheat. Cleaning off the vents and the surfaces of the device will help.
Overworked Fans
Components inside the device generate a lot of heat but are cooled down by fans. If the fans are overused, they will slow down causing the device to heat up. Open the device and use a small vacuum or compressed air with a crevice tool to blow the dust. If that does not work, then replacing the fans will be the next best option. Windows Powers Off Randomly
While operating a device it randomly turns off while in use.
Faulty Hardware
Failing hardware components could be the cause for why the device will power off. Start by running the device manager which will give intel information about the failing components such as the monitor, disk, or even the network adaptor.
Drivers
Faulty drivers can be the cause of random shutdowns. Using the PC’s device manager, find the drivers marked with a yellow exclamation mark. Updating the device will help find driver updates. Download software that checks for driver updates and will automatically update your device.
Device Easily Subject to Viruses (Malware)
Within the device there are multiple viruses which will cause server damage to the device and the files stored within.
Unsecured Internet Sources
Downloading or clicking unsafe sites on the web or through emails can cause viruses. Knowing what a safe site is and not a secure website is essential. A proper security system with built-in web filtering is also essential.
Removable Storage Devices
A USB could easily cause a virus once you insert it through a device. Checking the USB device first would help with the risk of a virus.
