== Camera won’t turn on ==

=== Dead battery ===

=== Water damage ===

Even though the camera is waterproof, the inside may be damaged due to water getting into the camera. This could have happened because of not properly securing the rubber fittings around all entrances to the camera, a rupture due to a high pressure load (if you take your camera too deep).

== Pictures aren't displaying properly ==

=== Debris in screen or Lens ===

If the photo is blurry after cleaning the outside of the screen, then you may have to clean the inside of the plastic covering or the inside of the lens. Cleaning the lens can be found [guide|38953|here.]

== Pictures aren’t being captured properly ==

If the photo looks blurry, there may be a crack on the plastic piece covering the lense. This can be easily identified by looking at the front lens from the outside. If a scratch/crack can be seen the plastic covering may need to be replaced.
