If the motor head hits up and down when kneading heavy dough, the lock no longer engages. This can indicate a defective lock, but the height adjustment of the motor head is more often responsible for this.

    • Fold the motor head up until it clicks into place

    • Carry out the following steps with caution, only remove a small amount of material at once. Regularly check the locking according to step 1 - test 2. Already barely visible material removal can lead to an improvement of the locking. If too much material is removed, there will be too much play and the head will move despite the locking mechanism.

    • Work carefully and guide the device well so as not to scratch the housing.

    • Carefully work the rear edge of the pawl with the Dremel and remove material evenly. Material removal per pass in the area of ​​a few hundredths of a millimeter, then check the locking again.

    • Repeat until the lock engages correctly and without play.

Thanks for the tips. I needed to adjust the head screw and file the clip. I used a file on the clip instead of a dremmel. The clip is quite soft metal which probaly causes the problem in the first place, but makes it easy to file.

Bei mir fehlt das schwarze "Klötzchen", wo der Haken einrastet. Hat jemand eine Idee wie sich das nennt ? Ich versuche bereits seit einer Stunde das Ersatzteil ausfindig zu machen...
