    • Note where the clips are located, those will be where you start, they are noted by the red arrows in the picture

    • With a pry tool go in at a 90 degree angle straight into the 9 clip locations and begin detaching them from the board

    • Be careful while detaching to not lift the keyboard too high or be to rough on it as the keys can break fairly easily and there is a fragile ribbon cable beneath the keyboard connected to the laptop

    • Carefully disconnect the ribbon cable at its source
