简介
This guide demonstrates how to replace the motherboard of your Canon PowerShot SD450 camera.
Motherboards are responsible for managing communication between various components. If your camera is randomly shutting off, fails to boot, overheats, or makes strange sounds, use this guide to replace the motherboard.
Consult with the troubleshooting page to confirm the issue is with the motherboard before using this guide.
Digital cameras contain large capacitors that can deliver a severe electric shock. Metal-spungers are not ESD-safe, thus can be dangerous and further damage components if misused. Before beginning, power off the camera completely, disconnect it from any external power source, and remove any batteries.
Consider recycling the old motherboard.
