Background Information
Smart Tweezers are a combination of digital LCR multimeter and high-precision gold-tipped tweezer tips designed for sorting and evaluating mounted and loose SMD components. Smart Tweezers are also great for troubleshooting and debugging complex circuits on PCBs.
Most SMD components are tiny, and have no wire leads making them difficult to test, Smart Tweezers is the solution to that. With it's high precision tweezer tips that can grasp any size component, the digital multimeter can easily test for Impedance, Capacitance, and Resistance, as well as ESR.
Along with an automatic component recognition, Smart Tweezers also have continuity and diode testing, as well as allowing the user to store pre-measure offsets.
Variable test signals are available on the Smart Tweezers unit from 0.25 to 1.0Vrms, as well as customizable test signals for better accuracy.
The device is ergonomic, light and easily used by left or right hands. It features a Li-Ion battery and USB charging.
