Power Management - Charger and Battery Good but not in my Machine?

Hi, I am new to fixing macbooks and this macbook has a problem with power management. I think it is to do with the magsafe board but am not totally sure.

The charger and battery do not work at all in the macbook however, i have tested them on another one and they both work seperately so the battery has not died.

could it be connections to battery or magsafe board? please help, thanks.
