When i turn on my laptop it open on windows and after seconds it turns to black screen and laptop still works and i do the refresh the vga card and still screen black and i must turn off with power button
If you shine a flashlight into the screen (close or touching it) can you see that there is an image, just not being lit up? If you plug it into an external display, does it do the same thing? Try those things and tell us what you find please.
