Knowing exactly what model of lens you have would help. I think what's likely the case though is that some plastic tabs which are used to mount screws to and hold two sections of the lens together have probably broken off. Based on the video (and without knowing exactly which lens that is) my guess would be that the tabs that would be a part of the fixed barrel (the section of the lens which has the focus window) and the focusing unit.
All things considered, it likely wouldn't be too difficult of a repair, depending on if you have any experience working on electronics. The replacement part should be relatively cheap too. However, that assessment is just based on my best guess to what the problem is, and without a parts diagram you'd have to just open up the lens to see if that is what broke or if the issue lies elsewhere.

Based on the photo, here’s what I can tell:
✅ This looks like a loose or partially detached lens barrel
The section of the zoom barrel near the gold ring appears misaligned or separated from the inner part of the lens. This is a common failure after a drop with lenses like this (especially Tamron USD and similar designs).

Inside the lens there are small plastic guide rails and screws that keep the zoom barrel in its correct track.
