Stuck in recovery mode and fails to recover

I purchased an ipad pro 3rd gen that I was told had been factory reset during an update which put it into recovery mode. I attempted to to fix it by using itunes with different cables and different devices as well as took it to 2 different repair stores. All have said they don't know what's wrong with it. I started to use 3UTools to try force loading older updates thinking that the issue was i wasn't trying to restore and update it to the same one that caused the restore mode. This however still did not work, it continues to fail around the same point however, when it says "AMRestorePerformRestoreModeRestoreWithError" when it is attempting to restore the nand chip. I'm at the point where I just want to replace the chip but I don't know where to get one or how to replace it. Can anyone help me?

yeah it sounds like the NAND flash failed on it. when that happens though, I would personally just replace the device.

unless you have a bunch of specialty equipment and years of micro-soldering expertise, you are not going to be able to fix it. most repair stores that do micro-soldering even will probably not be able to fix that, its a very difficult/specialized repair that only some places do because you need to program/flash the new NAND chip. if you can, maybe try to return it, or sell it as is as a parts ipad/donor parts ipad to recoup some of the money.
