The display went out. Still cooling fine and makes ice but I can't dispense water or ice or adjust fridge temp. I can see the flex drawer temp but cannot adjust the temperature of the flex drawer. I tried unplugging it for about 10 minutes but it didn't work. Any suggestions on testing to determine what could be wrong?

Check if you can get into the diagnostic mode and see if any errors are being displayed.
Go to p.32 of the service manual to see how to do this.
If there's no response when trying this then you may have to check that the CN101 harness cable on the display board is securely connected both at the display board end and also to CON 5 on the main board - see wiring diagram on p.31
If all seems OK check the display board for any obvious component damage and if none apparent you may have to change the board just to see if the display board is the problem
If you find the problem and it is a faulty part that needs replacing, here's the parts list that is useful. Locate the wanted part in the list and note the part number that is shown for it. Search online for the part number only, to find suppliers that suit you best.
