Why is my laptop stuck on loading screen?

When i try to turn on my laptop, it would get stuck in the loading screen and after restarting, it would say "Preparing Automatic Repair" but it still gets stuck and it never fixes the problem. occasionally a blue screen would pop up. I haven't been able to turn on my laptop for a while now because of this
