Why does my laptop keep shutting off randomly?
So I've recently been having some problems with my laptop where, even when not really hot, it just blacks out randomly and completely shuts down, and I was wondering also how I should go about cleaning it

Can you hear the fan (or feel the air being expelled from the laptop air vent) OK?
What is the laptop being used for at the time it shuts down, e.g. gaming, surfing the web, offline activity etc?
Check in Event Viewer for any Critical, Error or Warning events that may be logged at the time of shutdown.
If there are events logged at the same time, search online using the Event ID and Source information of the event to find out what it means.
To get to Event Viewer in Win10/Win11 press the Win key + x key (both together) and select the Event Viewer link in the menu options.
If nothing is obvious in Event Viewer, try starting the laptop in Safe Mode and check if it happens then.
If it happens in Safe Mode get into BIOS on startup and leave it there to see if it also shuts down in BIOS
