PC won't power on.
When I push the power supply power button the fan comes on. As soon as the button is released, the fan stops. Power supply won't stay on. Installed a new P/S and have the same problem. No idea where to go from here...

What colour is the Power button when the PC fails to start and is it steady or blinking?
Here's the owner manual that may help.
Go to p.47 to view the Power LED's diagnostics and see if there's a pattern the same as what your PC is showing.

Try a power refresh in case it's a corrupted BIOS that is the cause and check if that resolves the problem.
Disconnect the power from the PSU and then open the desktop case and remove the coin cell battery from the motherboard. See p.14 of the owner manual linked above for how to do this
When the battery is out, check its voltage. If it is <2.5V DC or if the battery is >4-5 years old, replace it. The battery type number is on the battery, usually it's a CR2032 which is available most everywhere.
Press and hold the PC power button operated for a full 30 seconds and then release it.
Reinsert the coin cell battery into its holder on the motherboard (+ve side up as marked on the battery), close the desktop case, reconnect power to the PSU and try turning the PC on.
If it starts OK etc, there may be a message stating that the date and time are incorrect. This is normal as the BIOS has been reset back to its factory default state by the above procedure. Once the date and time have been corrected, the message won't appear the next time that the PC is started. Also if any user definable BIOS settings have been altered by you to suit whatever operating requirements you wanted, they will have to be changed back again as well.

Can’t get there. There is only power while I’m holding down the black button on the P/S. As soon as I release the P/S button, the machine dies. No LED indication on the front.
If I continue to hold the P/S button down, the DVD drives DO spin up, but die, when the P/S button is released…
Changed CR2032 and followed instructions to the letter. Twice… No joy. 😭. Only way to get any kind of response. P/S fan runs, when pressing the black button on the P/S. Runs only while button is pressed. Much frustration. Changed P/S. Same problem…
I can't find the schematics for the motherboard online which might've helped to find out what's happening.
The only thing that I found was this video which may help as the symptoms seemed very similar
