Why won't my Ninja brew continuously?

Why won't my Ninja brew continuously? I have to stand there and hit the brew/classic button every few seconds to get a full carafe. I've cleaned it with a solution and white vinegar, but nothing works anymore. I've poked all the holes with a toothpick to ensure nothing was clogged.
