How to replace or fix a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder bumper?

The front bumper is coming off of the car and I want to know if I need to take it off completely or if there is anyway to snap it back into place. The right side is hanging off while the left side is still connected. There is some sort of white object under the headlight that is exposed so does that have anything to do with how it's connected.
