The console does not turn on and stays lit with orange light. The battery is fine and the cable is fine, but for some reason it thinks it is charging all the time. It does not turn on at all.
Hi! Please state the model first. It does look like an 3DS XL motherboard, but please confirm. How do you know the battery is fine? It could be battery related. Did you meassured it? If yes, what does it show?

Hi, it's 3DS old 2011. It isn't XL. I changed it to a working battery. I measured 4.1v in that battery. I took it from a working 3DS.

Okay, battery should be fine then indeed! Did you checked the fuses on the motherboard? Labeled with "F". You can test them with continuity test.

I checked one fuse, which was labeled as f1
