After the first update, (windows 11), the pc no longer opens applications such as "note, paint" and things to write with. The error that repeatedly comes out as soon as I turn on the pc is: 0xc0000020 How can I solve it?

This is almost certainly a software problem, which really isn't iFixit's forte.
I'd suggest hitting the HP or Windows forums where you're much more likely to find the answers you're looking for. Here's a place to start.
