Why Can't I upload music?

I recently reset my iPod after it crashed, and have since repeatedly tried it numerous times after having crashed again. I have Windows 7 and used it just fine for at least a month, but when the new 9.0.3 update for Itunes came i started experiencing the crashes. Is there a reason that only about 3 gigs or less will upload to my 120gb classic?

First try restoring it again and loading the music on again. If that doesn't help, it's a good chance it might have a bad hard drive, or at least the hard drive is going bad.
