Upgrade ssd and RAM is it possible on this laptop
I would like to know what RAm and the MAX size also the SSD what type and size can i upgrade to Is it an easy Plug and Play procedure?

The ram cannot be upgraded as it is hard mounted (soldered) onto the motherboard. You're stuck with what you've got already i.e. 8GB or 16GB
The laptop supports 1x M.2 2280 PCIe NVMe Gen3.0x4 SSD up to a maximum capacity of 2TB (2000GB). (examples only)
Here's a teardown video that may help if you wish to upgrade the SSD.
It's not exactly plug and play.
To do this you first have to clone the new SSD from the original SSD in the laptop and once that's done you can simply swap them over for a seamless upgrade i.e. the laptop operates exactly the same as before i.e. same programs and personal data and settings etc except with more storage capacity. There's plenty of information online how to do this.
