Bluetooth and hotspot stopped working

Lenovo ThinkPad T420/T420i

ThinkPad released in 2011. This version of the T420 is thicker than the T420s and lacks integrated USB 3.0. The T420i uses the same chassis, so most T420 repair guides work interchangeably.

Bluetooth and hotspot stopped working

After i did clean the fans and change the thermal paste then put everything back, i realized that i got an extra screw which i probably missed, in fact the bluetooth and hotspot were showing as "missed" what should i do
