How to fix my phone becase water damaged?

my phone has rained, because i careless,
first incident, i go to vacation, with 100% battery , we go back friend's home, my phone has 0% battery,, in rainy situation , i have event, and i in hurry. i don't bring charger. i went straight home with my phone in raincoat, but when i got home, my phone directly to charge,

my phone is vibrate long time, and my phone doesn't display a booting. after that i open all part and dry it and close part transfer into rice,

the day after, my phone it only short vibrate when charging, and doesn't display booting
