Won't load past the splash screen

All of a sudden my steam deck wont load past the splash screen. I have tried the recovery image and loading from the bios. It used to load 1 out of 10 tries. When I used the recovery image it worked once until it went to sleep.

Have you attempted to try using it while it is charging to rule out any battery issue?

Yes, i can load into the bios but, when i try to get into the OS it get stuck at the splash screen.
