Randomly cycles through menus
Sony XBR 75X9000H… if the tv is plugged in it cycles through different menu options randomly. Tried doing a factory reset. Didn’t help.

Try pressing the TV's power/navigation control buttons, located below the screen bezel in the centre of the TV, a few times just to see if it may be sticking and intermittently operating.
It is more than a single button as it is also a navigation control button i.e. up/down/left/right/centre Just like the one in the remote except that the Power button is in the centre, unlike the remote where the Power button is a separate button.
