I don't know why my mobile phone sticking

I was surfing through internet with the wifi and sometimes watching short video and my battery already 10% and i forget to put it in charge untill suddenly reboot and stuck showing me a signed of 🔋 when I want to on it it's reboot and even I wanna switch to safe mode doesn't want to work
