- Open the phone (Try some heat to soften the glue and be careful to cut the fingerprint sensor cables )
- Disconnect the battery
- Remove the motherboard protector
- Disconnect the power button cable
- Take the buttons off the phone
- Install the new one
- Connect them to the motherboard
- Put everything back
