if it's brand new and it isn't charging, as you've tried several different, compatible, known working chargers/charging cables, return the phone and ask for a warranty repair or replacement. Ensure that you have the phone's proof or purchase receipt with you.
Troubleshoot your cable, power adapter, outlet & case.
Check that the cable is securely connected to the adapter and to your phone. Check that there's nothing in the port of your phone, like dust or lint. Try to charge your phone with another cable or power adapter.

Have you tried using a different, known working, USB-C charger or USB-C charger cable, to see if the phone charges properly?
