Why won't my g play turn on
I used a 9v battery charger and my phone went to blue screen vibrated and shut off won't turn on

Was your 9V charger configured to use a correctly wired USB-C output plug?
The CC1 and CC2 pins are used to negotiate what power will be sent/accepted over the connection
If not then the phone's battery management IC wouldn't know that it was a 9V supply being connected and therefore would be expecting the nominal 5V supply and you would have damaged it.
You may have to check the charge port board in the phone to find out.
