Has anyone's hinge broken and damaged the screen on your razr +2024?

I bought a Razr plus 2024 in July when it launched and have had nothing but trouble. Two screen protector replacements, then the other day I went to open it and the hinge on the right side broke and bubbled up my screen. Now my inside screen won't work, and the phone hinge is making the phone close a little lopsided. I contacted customer support and, surprise, they won't warranty it because I can't prove that it wasn't damaged by me. Even though it wasn't. I have no idea what happened. I wasn't even rough with it. It is always in a case. I just wondered if that has happened to anyone else and what I can do about it?

Same thing happened to me, right side, hinge seemed to like kink or bunch up sorta like it had gotten caught up, bubbled screen and creased the screen protecter into the digitizer of the phone causing the phone to crack. They’re definitely getting their money outta this one, just purchased back in October and just now march.

Dropped my phone and the same thing happened. I took it completely apart and one of the hinge mechanisms popped out. I some how managed to fix it and the case opens and closes like normal. I'm going to order a screen and hope this thing works.

Yes mine did the same thing no drops or physical damage by me it's definitely from the defective hinge only had it less than a month

Yes my hinge seems to have broken on the right side of my phone screen and has left a little black spot and a green line blue line and a red line going up my screen from the folding spot on my screen .I'm trying to send my phone in for repair or replacement. This damage was not caused by me I think it's a defective part or something. I'm hoping it gets replaced . They told me it wouldn't cost me anything. So we will see . At least I think that's what caused my display to start bleeding ..

I have the same exact problem except for it was my left side hinge. And now they want $450 to fix it

That's a defective part on the phone? Why are they making anyone pay for a obvious error on the 2024 moto razr. This should be addressed and fixed without our of pocket from the customers. Like me so I'm sending my phone in to Motorola do you think there going to charge me ??
