Did you try testing with a second display or double check the display connecting to another system?
While the systems LED may be lit, did you get the startup Bong sound?

With the cover off do you see any leakage around the electrolytic capacitors on the main logic board?

@uxq7rnbz1tzbxsp - Do you still have the CD/DVD the system came with? One should be marked as a bootable disk see if you can get it to boot.
