Here's the mini manual for the washer.
Go to Fault code (hex) #22 in the fault code tables on p.1 to see a description and possible causes of an OOB (out of balance) failure.
If you find the problem and it's a faulty part that needs replacing, here's the parts list for the washer that is useful. Locate the wanted part in the list and note the manufacturer's part number that is linked with it. Search online for the part number only, to find suppliers that suit you best.
