I have replacement parts to replace the items that have worn away with use, but I don't have the right screwdriver to open up the bottom. What do I need? I have the Oster 14 Speed All Metal Drive. Probably 20 years old.

It is a bit hard to make out, but if there's a post in the centre of the screwhead then to me it looks like a Torx security (aka tamperproof) screwdriver (or driver bit) may be what is required.
If not then an ordinary Torx head screwdriver (or driver bit) should work.
A Torx head screw has 6 points in the screwhead, whereas a Philips head has only 4 points.
Regardless of which it is, it is also difficult to determine the correct size screwdriver or bit to use. The only thing that is definite is that a long shank screwdriver or driver bit is required i.e. 4" or 100mm.
Long shank torx head security drivers are available online and in hardware stores. The link is an example only to show the hollow in the driver head to accommodate the centre post in the screwhead (if there is one) and the number of points i.e. 6. For the length of the bit you may need 100mm (4") and not 75mm (3") just to be sure.
Here's a chart that shows how to determine what size Torx driver is required as it shows the relationship between the point to point distance (inches and metric) and the Torx T size number.
Here's the parts list for your model - Oster 6694 but it is of no help, in that whilst it shows the part numbers for a lot of the parts, it doesn't for the two screws that hold the base.

Post a close up image of the screw head(s) on the bottom of the blender as it will help to identify the screw and the type of driver required.

I'm sorry I can't get a good picture. The screws are recessed about 3" and appear to have a very flat phillips head design. In the YouTube videos I've seen, the repair person uses a drill to remove the screws.
