Cannot read device even with new cord
Hello - my device is 10+ years old. The port to connect the USB cord was slightly bent. I purchased a new cord and was able to insert it but I still can’t access the content on a computer. What are my options?

Which cable did you replace? The external or the internal? I’m thinking you replaced the external one so the move would be the drives internal connector which might be a cable assembly depending onthe model.
