What is the year of the vehicle?
Does the vehicle have a manual rear door, a power rear door or a power rear door with a kick sensor?
If the vehicle has a kick sensor and it isn't working check that it hasn't been turned off in Settings
Go to Settings > Vehicle customize > Door Control > Hands free and check
