Does anyone know how I can replace the non-slip pads on my iMac keyboard?

You could try 3d modeling them on a free modelling software (Autodesk fusion is a good choice), and then ordering them from a 3D printing service (such as Craftcloud, or a local one for you), and printing them out of TPU, which is a rubber-like material.

There no nonslip pads as a replacement for the keyboards. You’ll need to find some rubber to substitute.
