I tried diagnosing and restarting several times. I get message that there is no VGA signal.

Hi @mking76156,
Have you checked that the video cable between the PC and the monitor is securely connected at both ends?
Have you tried a different, known working, compatible video cable and checked if that worked OK?
Does the PC have a discrete GPU card for video or is it using the integrated graphics in the CPU?
Can you get into BIOS OK with a display on startup?
