I need to find a wiring diagram for a Rival Microwave model KOR-9G3A, it stopped working mid cycle, i believe its a hi-limit but I'm not sure if it's opened or closed during operation.

A hi-temp limit switch is always closed unless it operates. If it reaches the hi limit, it opens and shuts things down.
However, that may or may not be your problem. Many things can cause a MW to stop.
More observations of symptoms are needed to get a better answer.
Is anything working?
If no, Is your main circuit breaker tripped? or Is it plugged in?
If yes, what?

I ohmed out the hi-limit and its open, that's with the mw off and unplugged. The breakers are not tripped.
