What is the make and model number of the PC or motherboard if it is a custom build?
Have you checked the power management settings in BIOS that may enable this to happen e.g. turn on after a power failure, when power has been restored?
Do you leave the PC in sleep or hibernation state or do you turn it off?
If in sleep it could be the mouse movement or pressing a key on the keyboard will turn it on depending on what settings your have done in Windows. Do you own a cat??
The Wake on LAN feature if used can also turn on a PC for example.
