Left Shift, Left Control, Left Alt, Left Command and Spacebar keys do not work all accordingly, the other keys work as perfectly, how can i fix this if it's PCB related? (which i hope it's not.)

You could try cleaning the carbon shorting pads and the circuit touch points the carbon pad presses on to create the switch action. Review this guide Apple Keyboard A1048 Teardown where you can see the way it’s built and the last image shows both areas he keys with there pads and the circuit plate.
