I'm trying to narrow down the problem.

So I have an xbox one Original

Now The fan does not work in it Was what I was told but doing my own investigating.I noticed that when I unplugged The disk drive the fan Starts working when trying to power on now powering on the different story Basically I can't turn it off.I have it on twenty 47 because if I turn it off I have a real hard time getting it turned back on so I'm trying to narrow down the problem. I'm thinking The power/ Eject

RF Bored Has a short In it It also could be the motherboard. Or something else I do not know I'm not a Electrical expert But I would like to get. Someone's opinion that does know what they're doing Because I don't want to just start buying parts and replacing them I'd like to get the problem narrow down first Thank you.
