Why does smart lock keepdisconnecting itself from Bluetooth & wi-fi

I have BleLock-Room-5111 biometric smart locking door knob that repeatedly disconnects itself causing me to be locked out & the key has now snapped in half so I’d like to fix the connection problem so that I may continue to use the item. I’ve uninstalled & reinstalled several times & it’ll work for a little while then locked out again without warning & it has deleted my stored fingerprints & can’t seem to get it to accept a new scan?
