Samsung family hub refrigerator error code 41

Woke up to refrigerator alarming saying error code 41 and to contact Samsung support center. In doing some research, I have found this to be happening to a large amount of people. I tried the reset process with red power button inside of top right door. I tried restoring to original settings and I even purchased and installed a new PCB. Upon power up of new PCB the refrigerator immediately alarmed error code 41. I checked wiring near top hinge of door as well. The settings for refrigerator and freezer temperatures can be changed but immediately revert back to previous settings. Cameras for inside refrigerator do not work, ice maker quit, continuously get alarms for temp inside refrigerator and freezer are too high. Can not access engineering mode either to force defrost for ice maker. Has anyone done anything else to correct this issue? I can't locate any articles that fix this issue besides the things I have already tried. Trying to stay away from Samsung support as the articles I read, the customers paid a tech to through parts at it. Please share your thoughts on any other resolutions I can try.
