@mozimeshmu49977 it'll depend on what bad sound this is. when does the sound start, where does the sound come from, did anything happen to your Fiat that may have caused this? What year and model Fiat is this?
If the sound is a clacking and only happens while turning, it's likely to be the CV joints. These are the connection from the transmission to the wheel. these joints will wear out if not properly lubed.
