Kenmore refrigerator model 795.72493.611. The compressor works, compressor fan works, coils are clean, evaporator fans (frig/freezer) both turn on but freezer doesn’t freeze water or meats. Only keeps them cold. Refrigerator cools just enough but not where it should be. The back cover vents were completely covered with dust and have been cleaned. I unplugged frig for 5 mins to reset and still doing same thing. Any suggestions?

Behind the back panel of the freezer there should be a small fan, have you checked it to be sure it's working? Also most refrigerators require air to be able to get behind them. Have you recently relocated the fridge, placed anything besides the back that would stop proper air flow?

The fan in the back is on and working. The cover vents were clogged but I cleared them. The refrigerator is in the same location.
